View Participant Profiles
Each participant has a profile that brings together their information, responses, and activity within your program. Viewing a participant profile helps you understand their status and make informed decisions.
Open a Participant Profile
- Open a group
- Go to the People tab
- Click on a person’s name
A side panel or detail view will open showing that participant’s information.
What You Can See
A participant profile typically includes:
- Basic Details – name, email, and other core information
- Custom Fields – additional data such as role, location, or preferences
- Tags – labels applied to the participant
Program Activity
Participant profiles also show how a person is involved in your program:
- Attendance status for activities
- Responses to questions
- Assignments (such as tables, rooms, or roles)
This gives you a complete view of each participant’s participation.
