Track Responses

The Track section shows what is happening in your program in real time. You can view attendance, responses to questions, and overall participation across your activities.

What You Can Track

Eventene provides visibility into participant activity, including:

  • Who is attending each activity
  • Responses to questions and surveys
  • Registration progress and completion
  • Email engagement such as opens and responses

This allows you to monitor participation and make adjustments as needed.

Track by Activity

Each activity has its own tracking view.

  • See how many participants are attending
  • Review responses to activity-specific questions
  • Monitor capacity and waitlists

Tracking at the activity level helps you manage individual sessions or tasks.

Track by Participant

You can also view data at the individual level.

  • See each participant’s responses across activities
  • Review attendance selections
  • View submitted answers to questions

This is useful for reviewing specific participants or resolving issues.

Track Overall Program Activity

The overview view provides a high-level summary of your program.

  • Total participants
  • Attendance counts
  • Response rates

Use this view to quickly understand how your program is performing.

Use Tracking to Take Action

Tracking is not just for viewing data — it helps you take action.

  • Send reminders to participants who have not responded
  • Adjust activity capacity or assignments
  • Identify missing or incomplete information

By monitoring responses, you can keep your program running smoothly.

Email Tracking

When you send emails, you can track engagement:

  • Who opened the email
  • Delivery status and bounces
  • Unsubscribes

This helps you understand how effectively your communications are reaching participants.

Tips for Using Track

  • Check tracking regularly during your program
  • Use filters to focus on specific groups or activities
  • Follow up with participants who have not responded
