Add Questions to Your Program

Questions allow you to collect information from participants during registration. You can use questions to gather details, preferences, or responses needed to run your program.

Where Questions Appear

Questions are shown to participants during the registration process, typically after selecting attendance.

They can be added at two levels:

  • Program-level questions – shown to all participants
  • Activity-level questions – shown only to participants assigned to specific activities

Program-Level vs Activity-Level Questions

Choose where to add your question based on who should see it:

  • Program-level – use for general information such as contact details or overall preferences
  • Activity-level – use for session-specific questions or selections

This allows you to collect both broad and targeted information.
