Participant Activity View

After completing registration, participants can view and interact with their activities. This is where they see their selections, assignments, and any updates related to your program.


Accessing Activities

Participants can return to their program at any time using:

  • A link from an email
  • A saved program link

They are taken directly to their personalized activity view.


What Participants See

Participants only see activities that are relevant to them.

  • Activities assigned to their group
  • Activities they selected during registration
  • Activities that are required or automatically included

Viewing Activity Details

Within each activity, participants can:

  • View descriptions and details
  • See dates, times, or locations (if applicable)
  • Review any related information provided by the organizer

Updating Responses

If allowed, participants may be able to:

  • Change attendance selections
  • Update answers to questions

Availability of updates depends on your program settings.


Viewing Assignments

Participants may see assignments such as:

  • Table or seating assignments
  • Room or session placements
  • Roles or responsibilities

Assignments are shown when they are configured by the organizer.


Staying Up to Date

Participants can return at any time to:

  • Review their selections
  • Check for updates
  • View changes to assignments or details

Email notifications may also direct participants back to their activities.
