Bulk Actions for People

Bulk actions help you update or manage multiple people at the same time. This is useful when working with large groups or when you need to make the same change for several participants.

When to Use Bulk Actions

Use bulk actions when you want to:

• Update several people at once
• Delete multiple outdated records
• Apply or remove tags
• Work with filtered search results

Select Multiple People

1. Open a group
2. Go to the People tab
3. Use search or filters to narrow the list if needed
4. Select the checkboxes next to the people you want to update

After selecting people, available bulk actions will appear above the table.

Use Bulk Actions

Available actions may include:

• Edit – update selected fields for multiple people
• Delete – remove selected people from the main group
• Tags – apply or remove tags for selected people

Choose the action you want, confirm your changes, and Eventene will apply the update to the selected people.

Use Filters Before Bulk Actions

Filters make bulk actions more precise.

For example, you might:

• Filter for people tagged Volunteer
• Select the matching people
• Apply a new tag or update a field

Important Notes

• Bulk actions affect all selected people
• Deletion cannot always be undone
• People can only be deleted from a main group, not from a subgroup

Best Practices

• Filter first, then select
• Review your selection before applying changes
• Export or back up important groups before large updates
