Search & Filter People

As your group grows, searching and filtering helps you quickly find and work with specific participants. You can locate individuals, narrow down lists, and focus on the people that matter most.


Search for a Person

Use the search bar to quickly find a specific participant.

  • Search by name or email
  • Results update as you type

Search is best when you know exactly who you are looking for.


Filter People

Filters allow you to narrow down your group based on specific criteria.

  1. Open a group
  2. Go to the People tab
  3. Open the Filters menu
  4. Select one or more filter conditions

The list will update to show only matching participants.


Common Filter Options

  • Custom fields (e.g. role, location)
  • Tags
  • Attendance or response data (if available)

Filters can be combined to create more specific views.


Combine Filters

You can apply multiple filters at the same time.

  • Use multiple conditions to narrow results
  • Adjust filters to broaden or refine your view

For example, you might filter for:

  • Role = Volunteer
  • Location = Los Angeles

This shows only volunteers in Los Angeles.
