Deleting my Account in the Mobile App

If you wish to remove your account from the Eventene system, send an email to support@eventene.com, with a subject line of "Delete my Account", and a short message requesting to have your account deleted. 


You can also request to remove your account from within the Eventene mobile app by visiting your Account page in your Profile. At the bottom of the Account page, you'll see a link to "Delete my Account". Clicking that link will allow you to send an email to request your account deletion. 


Once your account has been removed from our system, we will send you an email confirmation. 


Please note that removing your account will mean that you will no longer be able to participate in any event organized by Eventene, at least with that email account. If you should ever wish to re-use your previously deleted email account, you can contact us again at support@eventene.com with that request.
