About the Mobile App

The Eventene mobile app provides important information for attendees of events organized by Eventene, a comprehensive event management and registration system. The app is free to download and available on both iOS and Android devices.

Downloading the App

The Eventene mobile app is free to download and use. You can download the app from either the Apple App Store for iOS devices or the Google Play store for Android devices.

1. On your mobile device, open the appropriate app store, search for "Eventene", then click "Install"
2. Alternatively, click on one of the following links to download the app.

For Attendees

The app provides attendees with important details and schedule/agenda information for events. If the organizer turns on messaging in the event, attendees can also use the app to message and chat with each other and participate in the overall event feed and private chat rooms corresponding to selected activities. The app can also be used for initial event registration (including purchasing tickets or other items) or to update previous registrations. The app also provides useful references to personalized schedules and agendas, navigation to a venue (via mapping apps on the phone), navigation within the venue (if enabled), list of other attendees (if public), and assignments to dining tables, groups, rooms or teams. 

For Organizers and Event Staff

Event staff can use the Eventene mobile app to check-in or check-out guests to/from the overall event and/or individual activities. Staff can also access the full attending directory for contacting individual guests at the event.
