Managing Registration Links

When you receive an email invitation to an Event using Eventene, you will have several options for what happens when you click the "Register" or "View" button included in the email invitation. 

If you are using a desktop computer, the link will launch your browser and open your personalized Web Response Form to register for the event. However, if you are on a mobile device and have previously installed the Eventene mobile app, your device will present a choice between opening your browser to fill out your registration in your Web Response Form, or open the Eventene Mobile App, where you can fill out your registration in the mobile app instead. 

Once you have made your decision, your operating system may remember this choice. If you wish to change your preference later, you can use the following instructions. 

Apple iOS Devices - iPhone, iPad

1. Open your device's Settings app
2. Tap "Apps & notifications"
3. Tap the Eventene mobile app
4. Tap "Advanced"
5. Tap "Open by default" 
6. Tap "Clear defaults"

Android Devices

*Please note that due to the wide variety of Android devices, some details may change. However, the process is largely the same across most Android devices.

1. Open Settings
2. Select "Apps" or "Applications"
3. Select the Eventene mobile app
4. Open the App Info page and find the option for "Open by Default"
5. Select "Clear Defaults"
