This release focused on support for Segmented Lists, allowing the organizer to create sublists from previous Lists, now known as Master Lists.

Web App

  • General
    • User Display Settings
      • Customized user display settings now saved between sessions (per user)

    • Master Lists
      • With the introduction of Segmented Lists, previous Lists are now referred to as Master Lists to distinguish them from Segmented Lists
      • Using a Master List with multiple Segments Lists means users only need to change the List data in one place
      • Deleting a Master List is not allowed if any active events or Segmented Lists depend upon it
    • Segmented Lists
      • Support for a new "Create List" option: "Segment a List"
      • Segmented Lists are subsets of a Master List, and use rule-based dynamic filtering to form the subset reference of the Master List
    • List Details
      • Added a Description field for each List
      • List Names can now be up to 50 characters long (increased from 30)
      • Master Lists now show a list of dependent Segmented Lists
      • Segmented Lists show the dependent Master List
    • List Data
      • Search now includes results on all fields, including custom fields. Previously, search returned results only on First Name, Last Name and Email fields
    • Copying Lists
      • When copying a Segmented List, the list type must remain the same
      • When copying a Master List, the user can change the list type of the new List
    • Combine Lists
      • Support for combining multiple Lists (no longer limited to two)
      • Users can combine a set of Master Lists or a set of Segmented Lists, but not both types together
      • Fields from all the Lists are now preserved in the new combined List. Previously, only the fields in common were preserved int the combine List.

Mobile App

  • Navigation
    • Support for additional navigation options when clicking on address locations. The following mapping apps appear as options, if installed on a user's mobile device:
      • Google Maps, Apple Maps, Uber, Lyft, Waze, Navigon, Transit, Yandex, Moovit
    • Custom text fields that contain the word "Address" will appear as address links in a person's details, similar to how address fields appear.
  • Questions
    • Support for "Country" within Address fields, allowing the user to enter any country name
    • Fixed issues where survey pages were not advancing correctly under certain conditions
  •  Legal
    • Updated Privacy Policy and Terms &Conditions documents to comply with Europe's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  •  Other
    • Removed "Getting Started" pages when the app first launches

Web Response Forms

  • Details
    • Fixed a few text alignment inconsistencies in the Event Description
  • Questions
    • Added a "Survey" button at the bottom of the Attendance section to assist the user with answering any additional Survey Questions that may accompany the Attending Questions.
    • Added a "Survey Completed" page, with links to the following sections:
      • Know more about the event
      • Review your attendance
      • Check the assignments
    • Improvements to the way responses are counted in Track Summary in the Web App.
