This release focused on enhancements to sending and tracking.

  • Send
    • Outgoing emails now display the organizer's full name (e.g. Mary Smith), instead of their email address.
  • Track
    • Attendance Status -- Track Summary pages now break out the number of recipients who have not yet confirmed their attending status.
      • If the event is an "Ask" default "No" (i.e. opt-in events), Eventene reports the number of participants who are "No", by actual responses, and "No", by default.
      • Likewise, for events that are "Ask" default "Yes", (i.e. opt-out events), Eventene now reports the number of participants who are "Yes", by actual response, and "Yes", by default.
    • Enhancements to "Responded" links on Track Summary pages
      • Event tab - consolidated view of the entire event, including all event parts
        • Clicking the "Responded" link display a list of recipients who have responded to all required questions for the entire event.
        • New "Responded Date" column - the date/time finished responding to all of the required questions across the entire event
        • New "List" column - in which list the item belongs, helpful for determining which groups of invitees have responded.
      • Event Part tabs - individual event parts
        • Clicking the "Responded" link display a list of recipients who have responded to all required questions for that particular event part.
        • New "Responded Date" column - the date/time finished responding to all of the required questions for that particular event part.
    • Updated 'Filter By' action
      • The "Filter By" action now supports filtering the table by Tracking fields (e.g. Sent, Responded, Attending, and others)
    • Other minor bug fixes

    • Date/time values adjusted correctly now for the local timezone
